One of our better holiday hotels with staff willing, able and very helpful.Hotel on the beach with a local Souk nearby.Three very good 'pools' one being 'heated'. Evening enertainment good.
Excellent hotel with very supportive staff. Iff there was a 'problem' then possibly the food which was a small problem with my wife -too much moroccan - but that was a minor issue. hotel pools and beach were very good with plenty of room. Evening was an entertainment in itself and other local amenities nearby were welcome.
Spotlessly clean, wherever we went
All our previous holidays with you have been memorable, highly rated late autumn holiday for those seeking warmth and sunshine.
Friendly helpful staff at all times. Nothing too much trouble. Security good
Excellent, friendly service from the rep Rachid, all drivers and guides on optional trips.
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
Clean, good friendly service, ideally located for beach and town. An excellent variety of food for varying tastes. We got the impression that the hotel staff could not do enough for us.
Confident only the best destinations are chosen by Mercury Holidays.
Will continue to recommend your company.
very happy with EASYJET ALSO. Great airport staff especially ASSISTANCE and Saida, a breath of fresh air!
The staff were lovely, very friendly, especially those in the restaurants and in particular Fatima who went out of her way to ensure that as a woman travelling alone I did not feel out of place.
Very friendly & relaxed staff.
We have never before felt so welcomed as we did at the Royal Atlas, Agadir. All the staff were brilliant: nothing was too much trouble, everywhere was clean and a fabulous choice of food. The staff at the hotel should all get gold stars: it is a very lively, energetic and caring set up.
Our hotel in Marrakesh (Atlas Medina)was good, but more low key.
