Making up one of the seven Emirates, Dubai & its Emirates are famous for their incredibly hot conditions with temperatures from June through to September soaring to a potentially sweltering 41°C — at night, the mercury rarely dips below 25°C and in typical desert fashion, rainfall is sparse. Between December and February, expect falling temperatures to the mid 20s and an increased chance of rain, however keep in mind, annual rainfall is a mere 150mm. Outside of the city, the Further Emirates mirror these sunny conditions, the interior can at times become unbearable (without air-conditioning) however cooler temperatures can be experienced on the coast.
