The Hilton Fujairah is a very well run small hotel - with excellent well trained staff who looked after us very well. The private beach is a bonus, and we enjoyed the meals which were well cooked and had variety. We are thinking of returning! P.S. We have also stayed at Hotel Ta' Cenc on Gozo, Hotel Fortina in Malta, Phoenicia Hotel Malta and the Casuarina Resort in Mauritius - all through Mercury Holidays - and we enjoyed them all. They have all been individual hotels, well run and the holidays have been good value.
