Good value for money 3 weeks for 2 good for older people who want a bit of sunshine in winter. Also for people who like to travel on there own. I hope you keep up the good work.

Holiday exceeded our expectations.
All the staff in this hotel from cleaner to the manager are exceptionally hard working, pleasant and presentable with good English.
In particular i can't recommend the reception staff enough for their highly excellent help with our various needs, which at times were complicated and they went the extra mile for everything with a smile.
This hotel is in an excellent location for bus, trains, restaurants and the beach ect. Highly recommend Thanks.

The staff bent over backwards for me when we requested a room change giving me a seat for the bath as I am disabled. In fact all the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, the reception staff particularly so. The Xmas gala lunch was extremely good only marred by the dreadful queues to get into dining room but the food and wine certainly made up for that. We would love to return for next Xmas if you will be offering 2 week HB and 1 week free on B&B.

Great Hotel very close to all amenities, 200mts from train,300mtrs from bus station. pubs, cafe's, Burger King all very close to hotel. Swiming pools, outside and on roof, Sauna and gym. Entertainment in afternoon,early evening and later on at night. Games room, you can even book trips from the hotel reception area. Good variety of food available. Will be travelling with family to Sri Lanka in May 2019, and will certainally book another holiday maybe later in year

Staff friendly, always ready to help no problems, hotel room very clean and good size we had sea view, maid service every day clean towels and bed sheets, restaurant food plenty of choice you won't go hungry, location fantastic, right in town ,shops pubs all around, train station 5min walk but you don't have noise, very cheap to get up and down coast, buses and taxis also cheap fares. Will defiantly return, a very enjoyable holiday and sunshine everyday. Thank you to all staff at hotel, kind regards, walter.
